A brand new play by Roger Parsley and Andy Graham, based on D.H. Lawrence’s novel “Sons and Lovers” – but with a twist!
The play explores the development of Paul Morel’s love-life from an entirely new perspective. The central character is a gay man coming to terms with his inner drives at a time when prejudice against homosexuality was the common attitude in all areas of society.
The storyline remains largely the same, but the central character’s sexual orientation adds several layers to the dynamic of the piece!
It is expected to be given its first production by the Above The Stag Theatre in Victoria, London; other interest welcomed!
