Andy and I have almost finished our re-jigged adaptation of a literary classic, and we’re pleased it’s to be given a London run at the Above The Stag Theatre – who did such great work on “Maurice” (two runs) and “My Beautiful Laundrette” – in February and March next year.
Until Andy and I have agreed on a title for what is, in effect, a completely different “take” on this 20th Century classic. I can only tell you the working title, but there are points if you can tell which novel it is by working from that! (Clue: It’s a quotation from the book!) More news on this when it’s all signed and sealed!
Andy’s team (Aston Villa) beat mine on Saturday, but the result was a fair one (and quite close!)
Now the working title (and clue!)………… “Like A Leaf Down The Wind”
Got it yet?
